LETTER FROM THE CEO– OUR VISION.
 

During my long and hard experience in construction, I was always inspired by our old Phoenician ancestors and their will.
This small population was able to develop in addition to alphabet and numbers, a real art and technology in construction.
 
Our ancestors were able to build all the wonderful cities of east Mediterranean, North Africa as well as the major cities of south Europe. In fact, by alphabet and masonry, my people built not only cities but civilization and history…
When we build, we consider the place our home. We live in it; we deal with the construction with love and respect. The owner is not a client, he is more than partner, and we are together the same team. This concept leads us to use the most advanced techniques in building construction starting from design, to construction techniques and project management. Our collaborators are highly experienced and educated.

Years of collaboration with our multi- disciplinary crews, long hours of brain storming solving complicated issues of building concrete construction, formed a family crew, dedicated to construct a world class concrete structures in terms of quality, standards, techniques, productivity and timing.
Our group has human dimension; all collaborators know each other, and they are family. Every member of the group feel the necessity of transforming all his knowledge to the other members, as well as keeping them safe from incidents and all other harms.
This is our philosophy, doing brilliant and world class achievements in family environment for the most challenging project, while creating value for us and our clients.
This is how we continue our old tradition, this is how we continue participating in history and civilization like our ancestors did.
 

HISTORY

VEC, VALUE ENGINEERING IN CONSTRUCTION

 

VEC, Value Engineering in Construction, was established in 2012,is the fruit of many years of extensive cooperation on high rise large scale and high standards buildings in residential, commercial and industrial projects.
Highly experienced and skilled operators, with international experience and education, coming from different backgrounds, design, methods of construction and project management put their effort in order to achieve multi-million projects highly complicated in the best standards, costs and timing.
This common experience of these operators leaded them to make official their cooperation into VEC, with a common commitment: serve our client by offering the worldwide quality of concrete construction, in local market costs while reducing dramatically the time of construction.
Human qualifications, high experience, most advanced techniques of concrete construction, latest technologies of structures modeling and project management were synergized in order to afford to our client – partner the expected from his project.
This wonderful combination of efforts conducted VEC to be on the most prestigious and complicated projects in Lebanon while creating value with our client – partner.

MISSION AND STRATEGY

VEC, in accordance with its vision of Excellency and concept of client-partner took since its creation the mission of offering the best quality of concrete construction, while maintaining local costs of construction and reducing schedules of construction.
A unique strategy was deployed consisting the usage of latest technologies of construction, and the highest and most advanced techniques of design and management.
In a high competitive climate in local construction, VEC was able to introduce latest technologies used by local operators highly trained.
The brilliant result was the world class concrete structures, in reduced final costs compared to local costs, while reducing time and crews of construction by more than fifty percent. VEC won the challenge and became a model in the domain.

Our client is our partner in construction. His project is our home; the construction is a common realization. We may participate in any phase of project life, even if we consider that our participation in the early phases is the most efficient. We are concrete specialists, but we conduct also turn key projects with the same Excellency.

QUALITY.

 

Quality policy is one of our major interests when creating VEC. We believe that best techniques, technologies and procedures are not the main Key of quality. Humans, by their education, their permanent interest of the job realized and how to push it to its limit of beauty, solidity and perfection are they real key of quality. VEC insisted from its beginning to have the brilliant elements in management, design and method, while a firm policy of using advanced techniques and crew continual training was adopted.
