Project Name: Beirut Portal.

Location: Airport Road, Beirut.

Owner: Aidibi Group.

Average Cost: 1.5 Million USD

Status: Concrete Works for Raft Foundation.

 

Description: Beirut Portal is a commercial project which contains professional offices, a medical center, shops, and warehouses. A total built-up area of 25,000 Square meters. The project consists of 7 basements and 5 floors. The latest construction technologies were used in this project and according to the consultant.

Project Name: Medyar 4729.

Location: Delhamiyeh, Chouf.

Owner: Medyar.

Average Cost: 1.5 Million USD

Status: Concrete Works on Roof Floor.

 

Description: Medyar 4729, located in the Delhamiyeh area. A total built-up area of 2,500 square meters. The Project consists of 5 story building. The project is executed using the latest modern construction technologies.

Project Name: City Towers.

Location: Haret Hreik, Beirut.

Owner: Al Bani Engineering.

Average Cost: 4 Million USD

Status: Concrete Works on Ground Floor.

 

Description: City Towers, located in the Sfeir area. The Project consists of 11 high-rise buildings 13 stories each and 5 basements. The latest construction technologies were used in this project and according to the consultant.

Project Name: Lilas 656 Residential Building.

Location: Ras Al Nabeh, Beirut.

Owner: Lilas Real Estate.

Average Cost: 1.2 Million USD

Status: Concrete Works on 7th Floor.

 

Description: Lilas Residence, located in the Ras el Nabeh area, stands in the center of the Capital. Boasting 20 stories, and a total built-up area of 15,530 square meters. The consultant is IDEA SAL. The Project consists of a high-rise building (20 stories high), composed of two symmetrical towers (North and South Towers) above a Podium of 8 floors + Ground. The latest construction technologies were used in this project and according to the consultant.

Project Name: Panorama Towers

Location : Mar Roukouz, Area: Dekwaneh

Owner: Sayfco Holding

Average Cost: 30 million USD

Status: Completed.

 

Description: Panorama Towers consists of 2 modern towers of 29 floors each, a total built-up area of

35,000 square meters. The consultant is Bureau D’etudes  Rodolphe Matar. During the execution of the concrete works, VEC  contracting has reached a productivity rate of 2000 m3 per month, a remarkable number. The latest construction technologies were used in this project and according to the consultant

it was one of the best projects he has ever supervised.

Project Name: Rivoli Mall

Location: Nabatieh Area:  South of Lebanon

Owner: Ali Doughman

Average Cost: 5 Million USD

Status: Completed

 

Description: The project is built on a 5,000 square meters plot, and it includes around 20,000 square

meters of built-up area. VEC contracting has achieved all its duties on time and the project was executed in 22 months. The consultant of that commercial project was TAJCO.

Project Name: Bazourye Complex

Location: Bazourye Area: Nabatyeh Owner: Srour Development

Average Cost: 2.2 million USD

Status: Completed

 

Description: The residential project is built on a 20,000 square meters plot. It consists of 11 blocks of 800 square meters each. Each block includes one ground floor and three stories. The project duration was 24 months, and the consultant was TAJCO.

He oversee all aspects of the building process, working closely with engineers and architects to develop plans, establish timetables, In addition, determine labor and material costs. Responsibl for ensuring the project completed on budget and within scope.

The BIM and DB methods that he implemented are now the lynchpins of our business operations with all of our clients.
